Since 2001, OGEFAS NGO endeavours to align its activities to the shared and agreed vision, that of becoming, by 2030, the most reliable African civil society organization with the widest scope of action and a larger pool of competent experts to observe, detect and provide sustainable endogenous solutions to diverse acute and chronic problems pertaining to local communities development as well as the improvement of African executives and institutions.

OGEFAS wants to adress this topic in a functional way with a deep analysis, along with the appropriate stakeholders, of particular contexts taken from some African countries that are still delaying to take up better decisions.
Employability and Poverty alleviation
Employability stands as the first weapon that a community can use in the fight against poverty, with the view of its own endogenous and lifelong development. Therefore, OGEFAS is championning in addressing the poverty alleviation challenge by fostering the everincreasing employability of the youth and the women within African local communities.
Transformative leadership and urban changes
Investing into the human capital by empowering the Youth and the Women and enforcing an effective leadership within local communities leads to crafting untimeous local game-changers. That is the priviledged approach shared by OGEFAS in order to unleashing potential and bringing about overwhelming urban changes.
